Returns within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged or credited to your account.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items
Attic Brewing Co. will replace any item that is determined to be damaged or defective. In cases of damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to info@atticbrewing.com
All damaged and defective products must be returned to Attic Brewing Co. for inspection before a final determination can be made. Action (in the form of a reprint/replacement) can be taken only after we receive the damaged goods back from the customer in the original packaging. Please contact us by email info@atticbrewing.com before returning damaged or defective items to arrange for the payment of shipping costs.
Return Process
Include the original packing slip and a copy of your order confirmation in your returning package along with your returning items.
