"Over there, over there, send the word, over there, that the Yanks are coming..."

 

At the end of 1917, American soldiers were about to enter the apocalypse of the Western Front.  In remembrance of the Centennial of the Great War, we crafted this Belgian tripel using the techniques of the trappist monks "over there." 

A complex blend of fruity, spicy, and boozy, this tripel is everything it needs to be, and more.  It's over the top....
